Random Observation -- Statoil Seems To Be Picking Up The Pace -- September 22, 2018

I am currently going through all the "21XXX" permits -- a thousand permits for wells that were pretty much drilled back in 2012. I don't have the time or resources to do a really good statistical study, but it certainly seems that Statoil is starting to pick up the pace. A lot of their older wells, are showing better production all of a sudden, not enough to suggest re-fracking, but more likely re-working. Maybe a reader knows more about this than I do. Enquiring minds would like to know.
