- Moonves is out
- CBS: it closed "up" on Friday (movers and shakers saw it coming); up again today
- TSLA: up nicely
- BABA: down a bit
- AAPL: after recent retreat, up again today; off its highs
- XLNX: trading in the pre-market; rare; up about 0.7%
- CVX: coming off its recent lows; up slightly
- XOM: ditto
- BRK-B: ditto
- Kavanaugh to be confirmed, Thursday, September 20, 11:43 p.m. ET (maybe)
