The market, opening. Wow, after being down 150 points in pre-market trading, the Dow (irrelevant) has turned positive. WTI, flat at the opening, in now up almost a dollar, over 1.23%, and now over $73.

The oils:

• CVX: up slightly;
• COP: up a percent;
  RDS-B: back to almost flat; this is the "big"one;
• NOG: up 2.3%
• OAS: up 2.8%
• EOG: up almost 1%
• DNR: up almost a percent

Others:

• EW: up 1.4%
• Shire: flat
• WMT: flat, down slightly
• PLUG: up 1.6%
• UNP: down 0.3%
• SRE: recovering nicely, now up 1.2%
